在中醫宇宙觀中,奇經八脈是形成初始人體結構的藍圖與生命動能。它們的發育順序即是細胞分裂、極化和胚胎折疊的時間線,從單一的核心軸,發展到完整的立體空間,並完成整合。因此,後續它們所支配的人體空間與功能,便會與胚胎發育過程中建立的空間劃分吻合。
了解胚胎發育與這些經脈的關聯,有助於認識經脈在生理上的作用,以及當經脈失調時,會造成哪類型的疾病。

生物學上的生命之初始於受精。不同於兩棲類動物(由精子進入方向決定腹背軸),哺乳類動物的腹背軸,則保留了最大限度的高度可塑性,是由胚胎所處環境的物理擠壓和胚胎細胞內的化學濃度梯度(動態修正)來共同完成的。這種機制允許初始狀態有微小的隨機擾動,但最終一定會收斂出一個完美的腹背軸線。(例如意外分裂成兩個時,兩個獨立細胞群都能各自算出一套全新的腹背軸,順利發育為兩個健康的個體。)
腹背軸向在雙層胚盤階段就已形成。上胚層形成背側,而下胚層形成腹側。
Phase 0: A new, distinct life begins
Biologically, a new, distinct life begins at fertilization. Unlike amphibians, where the sperm entry point physically dictates the dorsal-ventral axis, mammals exhibit high developmental plasticity. The mammalian axis is determined by dynamic cues—specifically, the biomechanical pressure of the embryonic environment and dynamic cell-to-cell chemical signaling—allowing the embryo to self-organize and adapt during early developmental stages.
The back-to-belly orientation is established earlier during the bilaminar disc stage. The epiblast forms the dorsal side, while the hypoblast forms the ventral side.

Phase 2: Belt Vessel transforming the body structure
The Belt Vessel is the only horizontally running vessel. Embryologically and anatomically, it corresponds to the transverse folding of the embryo and the lumbar fascial planes. Transverse folding is a key process in the fourth week of embryonic development. It rolls up the flat trilaminar embryonic disc, transforming it into a cylindrical 3D structure and enclosing part of the yolk sac to form the primitive gut. The Belt Vessel wraps around the abdomen and functionally binds the vertical channels.第三階段:任督二脈接續衝、帶脈,構成中心軸線。
在原腸形成與神經化(長出腦和脊髓)的過程,衝脈的能量極性促使其分化成督脈和任脈。
督脈行走於背側中線,沿著脊椎和脊髓延伸。督脈直接由原結、脊索和神經管發育而來,主宰發育中神經系統的交感神經/陽性功能。
任脈行走於腹側中線。任脈由兩側胚褶在腹部匯合後融合而成。任脈起於會陰,止於下顎,主宰副交感神經/陰性功能。
Phase 3: midline vessels form the central axis
During neurulation and gastrulation, the Thoroughfare Vessel splits its energetic polarity into the Governing Vessel and the Conception Vessel. The Governing Vessel follows the dorsal midline along the vertebral column and spinal cord. It develops directly from the primitive node, the notochord, and the neural tube. It commands the sympathetic/Yang aspects of the developing nervous system. The Conception Vessel traces the ventral midline. It forms when the lateral embryonic folds meet and fuse in the anterior (belly) region, closing the primitive gut. It runs from the perineum to the lower jaw, governing parasympathetic/Yin aspects.第四階段:蹻(蹺)脈、維脈主導雙側對稱、肢芽發育,和內外之界限。
蹻脈發源於足跟,它們是縱向貫通人體、提供生命原動力 (精) 的原始通道,引導能量 (氣) 流向頭部與眼睛。
蹻脈與四肢的矢狀面旋轉以及後腦/本體感覺系統的發育直接相關。掌管姿勢的協調和平衡、側向肌肉張力,使人從四足行走轉變為雙足行走。
人的身體直立與心理上的自我認同有關。蹻脈還主導雙眼的開闔、醒睡週期與神智,也是驅動身體運動與協調的加速器,使人能夠在站穩的同時確保動作的流暢。
維脈對應的是體節衍生肌肉、頭部軸旁中胚層和咽弓。
體節衍生肌肉構成了軀幹與四肢的肌肉系統;背部的深層肌肉負責脊椎的伸展與姿勢維持,由脊神經的背枝支配。胸腹壁肌肉由脊神經腹枝支配,它們構成體壁,並參與呼吸和核心穩定性。
而負責支配四肢的脊神經腹枝,在局部會互相交織,形成複雜的神經叢,如臂神經叢、腰薦神經叢。
頭部軸旁中胚層和咽弓則構成頭、顏面和頸部的骨骼、肌肉及真皮組織,它們決定了頭部生物力學與解剖構造,因此人類有了表情、能夠咀嚼、吞嚥、發聲和說話。
維脈的網絡化使它能連接更深層的陰陽脈,它是周邊神經系統、筋膜和皮膚屏障的最終整合。
Phase 4: Heel Vessels & Link Vessels develop limbs, bilateral symmetry & internal/external boundary.
The Heel Vessels originates in the heels. They are the original channels that run through the body from bottom to top, guiding vital energy to the head and eyes. Heel Vessels correlate directly with the sagittal rotation of the limbs and the development of the hindbrain/proprioceptive systems. They regulate balance, lateral muscle tone, and the transition from the quadrupedal to bipedal posture.Upright posture is related to psychological self-identity. The Heel Vessels govern the opening and closing of the eyes, sleep-wake cycle and consciousness. And they also act as an accelerator for bodily movement and coordination, anchoring the body to the earth while allowing for smooth, fluid movement. The Link Vessels correlate to the somite-derived musculature, cranial paraxial mesoderm and the pharyngeal arches. Somite-derived musculature provides the primary motor control for the trunk and limbs. The deep back muscles, supplied by the dorsal rami of spinal nerves, are responsible for spinal extension and posture maintenance. The thorax and abdominal muscles are supplied by the ventral rami of spinal nerves. They form the body wall and are involved in respiration and core stability.
The limb and girdle muscles are innervated by the ventral rami of spinal nerves, and they interweave to form complex nerve plexuses such as the brachial plexus and the lumbosacral plexus.
The cranial paraxial mesoderm and pharyngeal arches constitute the bones, muscles, and dermis of the head, face, and neck. These structures determine the biomechanics and anatomy of the head, enabling humans to express emotions, chew, swallow, vocalize, and speak.
The functional network of the Link Vessels allows it to connect the deeper Yin and Yang vessels; it’s the final integration of the peripheral nervous system, the fascial network, and the skin barrier.
由於維脈負責衛氣營血的溢蓄以協助身體適應環境,維脈病就與衛氣受阻,陰陽失調有關。臨床症狀就是忽冷忽熱或惡寒發熱、肢體痠痛、偏頭痛、眩暈、心煩。
蹻脈病與陰緩陽急或陽緩陰急有關,導致下肢痠痛或拘攣、肢體運動障礙、嗜睡或失眠,以及焦慮。
帶脈病就是帶脈失去約束諸經的能力,導致腹部脹滿、腰部痠痛無力,以及生殖系統的異常。
The Link Vessels regulate the distribution and overflow of Qi and blood, helping the body adapt to its external environment. When Link Vessels are disrupted, a systemic Yin and Yang imbalance occurs, leaving the body's superficial layers vulnerable and causing a wide range of physical symptoms such as alternating chills and fever/aversion to cold, limb pain, migraines/dizziness, and irritability.
Heel Vessels disease is tied to the imbalance of Yin and Yang energies flowing from the feet to the eyes. When one energy is excessive, it causes a corresponding hypotonicity and hypertonicity, leading to lower limb pain or contracture, movement disorders, drowsiness or insomnia, and anxiety.
Belt Vessel disease occur when it fails to bind the other meridians, leading to abdominal distension, lower back pain and legs weakness, and reproductive system issues.

話說我前陣子開始,對一些人際關係中的心理學現象的討論開始十分疲乏。就覺得即使為它取了個名字,以一個學術性的詞彙指稱之,不還是對現況的困境一點幫助也沒有嗎?並沒有好到哪去好嗎?感覺根本就介於降落與墜落之間你懂嗎?

有些動畫的作畫和情感張力做得很好,能讓身為觀眾的我,為了這些虛擬角色的虛擬人生而情緒跌宕起伏。為了多多欣賞他們在心理拉鋸、還是受到刺激時的表情和反射動作,我好像會覺得故事還是有意想不到的轉折比較好。想想要是這是真實的人生,我這種期待的心態實在是蠻殘忍的。又說不定當初靈魂在設計這個人類的人生劇本時,也是抱著這種白目的心態,都不知道身體痛和心痛是什麼感覺,特別要來體驗看看,才導致人類的諸多不幸吧?
